Chicago did tiki at Midwestern scale — the Sheraton's Kon-Tiki Ports downtown, Trader Vic's in the Palmer House, and Hala Kahiki pouring in River Grove since 1964. The Chicago Area Tiki Tour may be dormant, but the chart works fine self-guided.
