City ChartShared with Tiki a Go-Go (Orlando)
Orlando's spooky-season tiki weekender. Monster Moku takes over the DoubleTree at SeaWorld each September and pulls a Halloween mask over the whole thing — surf music, fire performers, campy creatures, and complimentary cocktail samplings on the International Drive tourist strip. The bars and ghosts on this chart are Orlando's own, shared with the springtime Tiki a Go-Go hub, so whichever season you fly in, the city's tiki map is the same. Note: Monster Moku's DoubleTree is on the south end of I-Drive — the closest bottle shop is Liquor Plaza (8739 International Dr), and the survival picks below are Orlando's tourist-corridor staples; re-derive against your exact hotel.

The Theme-Park Tiki Crawl

Orlando's tiki is scattered across the resort sprawl, so this one's a rideshare tour, not a walk. Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Disney's Polynesian is the crown jewel; Strong Water at Universal's Sapphire Falls is the rum-nerd stop; and Aku Aku and Roka Hula round out the city's own scene. Costumes optional but encouraged in September.

The Dead Reckoning Run

Orlando's Polynesian ghosts, fittingly toured in the haunted season. The Adventurers Club — Disney's beloved lost lounge — anchors it, with the Makahiki luau and the Tampa-Bay great Tiki Gardens (a county lot that still bears the name) filling out a day of kicking rocks where the tiki gods used to preside.

Know Before You Go

First-timer intel
It's spooky-season tiki
Monster Moku is Halloween in a Hawaiian shirt — monsters, fire performers, campy creatures. Costumes are part of the fun. If you want the straight-tiki Orlando weekender instead, that's Tiki a Go-Go in the spring, sharing this same city chart.
September in Florida is a swamp
Late September Orlando is hot, humid, and prone to afternoon thunderstorms — but almost everything is indoors or under cover at the resort. Pack for humidity and a possible downpour.
You'll be rideshare-ing
Orlando's tiki bars are spread across the Disney/Universal/I-Drive sprawl — there's no walkable bar district. Budget for rideshares if you leave the host hotel to hit Trader Sam's or Strong Water.
Your closest bottle shop
The DoubleTree is on south International Drive; Liquor Plaza at 8739 International Dr is the nearest full liquor store, about a mile-and-a-half north. The I-Drive corridor has late-night food in every direction.
